sooo glad idol is back on! its such a fun family bonding time show. :D
today i ran to royce then to diddy reise (sp?) then back uphill all the way. it hurt but in a good way. running is unique as its the only thing in this world that can make me feel super crappy and super accomplished at the same time. today’s running song is “potential break up song” by aly & aj. 2010 is proving to be the year of horrible amounts of exercise.

exercise playlist that got me through effing 3.5ish miles today. me and MATT JONES did a run-a-lap-really-fast-then-walk-half-a-lap-and-repeat type thingy and golly did it hurt.
then we did ab workouts on the wet grass. with all of the quick shifting between exercises, the grass stains on our shirts, the drenched blades of glass flying everywhere, the glaring football field stadium lights, it was purdy intese. like a friday night lights episode intense.
but its all good bcuz soon i will have a body like brad pitt a la snatch, and all the ladies will want me. :)
